Return to Running After Baby

For lots of women starting your return to running after baby involves going to your 6 week follow up and getting the “green light”. But what does that really mean? Where should you start? Some topics that will be discussed will include: signs and symptoms of pelvic healthy dysfunction, skills and areas to strengthen before running, and having the right supportive sports bra and shoes (especially if you are breast feeding). This workshop will be informative and give you a plan for a safe return.
